Physical Health


Physical health must include both exercise and nutrition. And you know what? One size does NOT fit all. That is why I am extremely intentional in the services I provide my clients. With my background in counseling, I understand that it’s not some crash diet, quick fix program, or miracle elixir to address your physical health needs. Rather it is an intentional, gradual, realistic journey that helps you to build healthy habits over time. That journey looks different depending on where you are starting and what your end goals are. My services will meet you where you are and help you to customize a plan that works for you. I consider your current fitness level, interests, tastes, time availability, and budget (my services are fractions of what it would cost for a personal trainer).

My own fitness journey has been a story in and of itself. I played sports from the time I was 5 years old and have been active my whole life… but not necessarily holistically physically healthy. Within the last year, I have finally nailed down a balanced approach to my physical health and am excited to help others on their journeys!

I am currently partnering with Team IRON and the makers of P90X, Insanity, PiYo, and 21 Day Fix because their workouts, nutrition products, and resources were game changers in my fitness journey. I stand behind their products and still use them daily.
